Louvre Tickets - FAQ
1 Do I need to print my Louvre ticket?
No. All tickets are delivered by email and can be shown on your mobile phone at the entrance.
2 Does my ticket let me skip the line?
Yes. All our tickets include skip-the-line access at the cashier desk, helping you save up to 1–2 hours of waiting time. Security checks cannot be skipped.
3 What’s included with the audioguide ticket?
The audioguide is available in multiple languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian) and provides commentary on the museum’s highlights.
4 How long can I stay inside the Louvre?
Your ticket is valid for the entire day. You can explore the museum at your own pace until closing time.
5 What are the Louvre opening hours?
The museum is open 9 AM – 6 PM (closed on Tuesdays). Evening openings may be available on certain days.
6 When will I receive my tickets after booking?
You will receive a confirmation email immediately. Official entry tickets are sent within our working hours (08:00–22:00 Paris time). For last-minute bookings, we do our best to send tickets right after confirmation.
7 Is the museum wheelchair accessible?
Some areas of the Louvre are accessible, but our ticket options listed here are not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
8 Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your visit for a full refund. Changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled visit are not possible.
9 What should I bring with me to the Louvre?
Bring a valid photo ID, your ticket (digital or printed), and any personal belongings you may need for a full day inside the museum. Large bags may be restricted.
10 Are these tickets official Louvre Museum tickets?
